Lydia Leiber is a filmmaker based between Berlin and New York City. Her work blends film poetry with non-fiction storytelling, often exploring existential themes of memory, loss, and identity through the female gaze. Lydia's debut short experimental film, "Geist Zeit", won first prize at the Flickers Rhode Island Film Festival and was released online on NOWNESS. Her upcoming short film "Stories We Tell" was completed as part of Terre di Cinema's directing residency in Sicily and is currently making its way through the festival circuit.
In addition to her own creative projects, Lydia works as an editor and assistant editor. She has held numerous editorial positions with renowned filmmakers, including art-house producer Philippe Bober and director Luca Guadagnino, for whom she worked as a 2nd assistant editor on "Queer". Currently, Lydia is honing her technical skills as an assistant editor at Cartel, a commercial post-production house in New York, where she is focused on growing her expertise as a commercial editor.

Pauline Murmann is a New York-based film producer who began as an assistant at Schenk Productions, working on projects ranging from indie films like “Unintended” and “Mickey and the Bear” to major productions like “Ibiza”, “The Rhythm Section”, and “Tokyo Vice”. This followed her work as an associate producer on Stephen Moyer’s “A Bit of Light”.
Pauline has since produced several short films, including Calvin Demba’s short “BabyDolls”, a BFI-backed film that screened at Aesthetica Short Film Festival and London Calling at BFI London Film Festival, as well as Lydia Leiber’s short film “Geist Zeit”, which was released on NOWNESS. Pauline also produced “We’re Not Done Yet”, directed by Joseph Longo and Sofia Camargo, which premiered at Sundance Film Festival, 2025.
PRODUCER
Rodrigo Mella is a filmmaker and producer based between London and Rome. Having screened at festivals such as London Short Film Festival and PÖFF Shorts, his work focuses on deconstructing comedy and finding eeriness in the quotidian. His latest short, ‘February Ends Tomorrow’ is currently being distributed as part of the Gargantua Film catalogue.
Rodrigo works primarily as a Director’s Assistant in high-end television productions, and specifically with director Janicza Bravo (i.e. Zola, The Listeners), with whom he has established a close working relationship spanning many stages of development on past and upcoming projects.

Jacques Boas is a San Francisco-born French-American producer and filmmaker working across narrative and commercial production. He has worked directly with some of the top production companies in the U.S. and internationally, contributing to commercials for Apple, Nike, Google, Chanel, and other notable brands. His work spans both branded and independent film, with a strong focus on impact-driven storytelling. Previously, Jacques worked at the Sundance Institute, engaging with emerging filmmakers and deepening his approach to independent storytelling.

Cattive Produzioni is a production and distribution company, founded in 2019 in Puglia. As an incubator of talent, the company was born with the aim of promoting authors born between the 1990s and 2000s with an original view of the world and an international vocation.
In recent years, the company has produced and distributed works presented at some of the most prestigious festivals in the world such as Sundance, Torino FF and Clermont-Ferrand FF. In 2024, Cattive reached significant national and international milestones, taking part in Biennale College Cinema (13th edition) and the TorinoFilmLab, further establishing its presence in the global independent film landscape.
